Hi, I'm Jessie, a postpartum mum navigating the beautiful yet challenging journey of motherhood and fitness. I understand the ups and downs that with this phase, and I'm here to support other women who are in the same boat. Together, we can embrace our strength, share our experiences, and empower each other on this incredible journey.
